Ingredients:
2/3 cup chopped Sweet Energy Apricots
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup sifted flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup whole-bran cereal
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped Sweet Energy Walnuts
confectioners sugar
Directions:
Rinse apricots. Cover with water and boil for 10 minutes. Drain, cool and chop.
In medium size bowl, blend butter, granulated sugar and 1/2 cup flour until crumbly. Stir in whole-bran cereal. Pat mixture into the bottom of an ungreased jellyroll pan. Bake at 350
